Izzy Miller is a Hong Kong native who has lived in several places. She enjoys traveling, but since coming to the High Peak twelve years ago, she has considered the north her home.
Izzy earned a First at Lancaster University after completing atelier training at both The Swedish Academy of Realist Art in Stockholm and Angel Academy of Art in Florence. She is pursuing a Master’s degree at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Izzy’s paintings have been purchased by collectors from the Middle East, New Zealand, Europe, Australia, and Asia. She was recently asked to join an art colony located in a Macedonian monastery, and she recently represented the United Kingdom in Abu Dhabi’s first Art Biennale.
Izzy enjoys painting from life, and when the weather allows, she paints outside in oil paint, capturing Northern landscapes.
